Terms & Conditions of Service

1.1 Binding Agreement: By downloading, installing, registering for, or using any BitMicron Tech Labs application, website, or API, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Age & Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (or the applicable laws of your jurisdiction). Where minors access student or resident portals in ChampionSetu, VanLedger, or GrihSetu, such access must be provisioned and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized educational institution.

1.3 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BitMicron grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use our applications strictly for their intended personal or internal business operations. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or resell our proprietary code, SMS regex engines, or voice orchestration pipelines.

2.1 Probabilistic Nature of AI Outputs: Our AI products utilize Large Language Models (including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Sarvam AI) and neural voice/media synthesis (including ElevenLabs and Sarvam Bulbul). AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may occasionally produce inaccurate statements (“hallucinations”), misinterpret spoken accents, or misclassify booking intents.

2.2 No Medical, Psychological, or Professional Advice:

• BolSaathi & MediLine: Appointment triage and automated reception flows for dental/medical clinics are strictly administrative scheduling aids and do not constitute medical diagnosis, emergency triage, or clinical advice. In a medical emergency, users must contact emergency hospital services immediately.
• Guftagu: Guftagu is an entertainment and conversational AI voice companion PWA featuring fictional personas (Kavya, Simran, Kabir). It is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, crisis counselor, or human companion.

2.3 Telecom & Call Recording Compliance (BolSaathi Tenants): Business Tenants deploying BolSaathi on inbound or outbound phone lines are solely responsible for complying with applicable telecommunications regulations (including TRAI guidelines in India) and obtaining any required caller consent for AI call handling and transcription.

2.4 Acceptable Use & SFW Conduct: Users of Guftagu, BolSaathi, and Song2Reel must not use the platforms to generate sexually explicit/NSFW material, hate speech, harassment, non-consensual voice cloning, political disinformation, or unlawful automated spam calls.

4.1 Tenant Administration Responsibility: Academy Admins (in ChampionSetu), RWA/Society Admins (in GrihSetu), and Business Owners (in BolSaathi) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their administrator credentials, verifying staff/coach role assignments, and ensuring that student, parent, or resident contact details uploaded to the platform are collected lawfully.

4.2 Third-Party Payment Links & Gateways: Where ChampionSetu, GrihSetu, or VanLedger facilitate fee invoicing, PDF receipt generation, or payment gateway redirection, BitMicron Tech Labs is a software technology provider—not a bank, NBFC, or payment aggregator—and is not liable for bank settlement delays, UPI downtime, or fee disputes between an academy/society/driver and its students/residents.

5.1 Billing Entity: All paid subscriptions, metered voice credits, and in-app Pro upgrades across our product suite are billed under BitMicron Tech Labs via authorized UPI, card, or app-store payment channels.

5.2 Metered Voice & Consumable Passes:

• BolSaathi: Voice AI usage is metered per connected conversation minute according to your selected plan tier and provider adapter (e.g., Standard Sarvam Indic tier vs. Premium ElevenLabs/Global tier).
• Guftagu: After the complimentary 3-minute trial timer expires, users may purchase time-based voice passes (e.g., 30-minute pass via UPI). Because real-time LLM and neural TTS compute costs are incurred instantaneously as you speak, activated voice passes and consumed minutes are non-refundable.

5.3 SaaS Subscriptions & Cancellations: Monthly or annual SaaS subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next renewal cycle. Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, partial-month refunds are not issued for unused subscription periods.

6.1 BitMicron Proprietary Assets: All rights, title, and interest in and to the BitMicron brand, logos, the BitMicron Omni-Connect Framework, the BitMicron Offline-First & Guard SDK, and our 8 proprietary venture codebases remain the exclusive intellectual property of BitMicron Tech Labs.

6.2 Enterprise Client Engagements: For custom software development and digital transformation engagements, intellectual property assignment of custom client-specific deliverables is governed by the executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) upon full settlement of project invoices, while BitMicron retains ownership of its pre-existing reusable frameworks and adapters.
